We take our dog to Dr McMeans for yearly visits as well as whenever an issue comes up. She has talked us through some difficult situations with our dog and I never feel like she is rushing us. I would recommend her to any of my friends with pets!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! I’m new to the area and my dog got bit by another dog and they got her in the same day! Staff were extremely friendly and took amazing care of my Ozzie girl! Thank you again! Prices were also very reasonable.

Took our little kitty in this afternoon for a mysterious case of suddenly not eating/drinking. We were really happy that they got us in on such short notice as brand new patients. Everyone was very kind, the doctor was extremely gentle and thorough with the exam. She ran through all of the financial estimations and gave us options just in case we weren't able to afford certain things. The pricing turned out to be incredibly reasonable. Unfortunately our baby needs to go back in Friday for surgery but again we were pretty shocked at how fair the estimate was for that too. And i feel like Cali will be in good hands there.

I am very sad to have to leave this practice, as the vets, and the animal care from the techs, has been outstanding. I will always be grateful for their kindness during my elderly dog's final weeks and days a couple of years ago.
Unfortunately, they are not careful with their management of charges, and I cannot afford to continue with them. I pre-paid my cat's care plan at the beginning of last month, but was still double charged for later that month. It caused my account to overdraw, so I went in to have them reverse the charges. They said the person who could do that was out that day and asked if it could be done tomorrow. I said that was fine, but that they would also have to pay the $36 overdraft fee. They said no problem, but they didn't refund me.
When I went in this morning for an appointment with my dog, I said that we had to get the $100.95 that they owed me straightened out before the appointment. They said the only person who could do that had the day off. I am not able to financially accommodate this kind of carelessness with my bank card. As I mentioned, they've always provided excellent care to my animals, so if you have money to burn, I do recommend them. Just be forewarned.
