Horrible costumer service.The lady who answers the phone is extremely rude and unpleasant to talk to.Call them for a service and they never call back to schedule an appointment. Don't waste your time with this company

This guys showed up at my property today because I had a hot water heater leaking and not lighting. He spent about one hour here, replaced a glorified thermocouple and handed me a $440 bill. Almost $300 in labor. I have never in my life been charged so much for such an easy task on a hot water heater. He was clearly taking advantage of me.
