Upon returning to our home after a two week absence, and with the outside temp hovering around 95 degrees, we opened the door and were hit by a suffocating 90 degree heat on the inside. Yes our A/C had died while we were gone!! I called Absolute immediately and they responded immediately. They diagnosed the problem right away but unfortunately the parts would be a day away (we returned Wednesday, they diagnosed the same day, and the fix was done on Friday after the parts had arrived). Cody always does a great job. He is a genius at figuring out how to manage complicated issues. He is also a very good communicator. We always feel like we know what was needed and how it was managed. Mark
