Ricky & Danny repaired my new icemaker's frozen feed line & ensured it now makes ice smoothly. This wasn't as simple a repair as first appeared, but they diligently, cheerfully, and professionally kept at it. Wonderful teamwork! Recent need for oven work Rick came in evaluated all electronic parts to confirm working and not. Replaced the part with cost noted prior to work back to baking. Was comfortable with his knowledge made the investment to take care of oven worth it. Thanks for the friendly handling of the service would use again.

I had an LG refrigerator quit early Thursday morning. It was Friday afternoon before they could get to us but that was much quicker than anyone else. Their service Tech , Nate was Fantastic. Truly professional , friendly and explained ever detail. It was late in the afternoon and he need an additional tool. Where most serve tech's would wait and come back Monday AM Nate cane back about 5:30 and did the job finishing at 7 That is CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very rare in todays word. THANK-YOU Nate. you've earned your company future business.
