I had an LG refrigerator quit early Thursday morning. It was Friday afternoon before they could get to us but that was much quicker than anyone else. Their service Tech , Nate was Fantastic. Truly professional , friendly and explained ever detail. It was late in the afternoon and he need an additional tool. Where most serve tech's would wait and come back Monday AM Nate cane back about 5:30 and did the job finishing at 7 That is CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very rare in todays word.
