Matt was absolutely amazing to work with. He is truly a man that knows this line of business. He put my mind at ease with the purchase of an older home. Took his time and made sure I knew what all I needed to have done. Matt was so nice to me and I had a blast getting to work with him . I have never worked with an inspector like him before. Matt was beyond great. He found safety hazards, a plumbing leak and other issues that were missed by previous inspection that was less than a month old. He checked literally top to bottom (rooftop to basement). He even found signs of termite tracks in his general inspection missed by a recent specific termite inspection. Due to his findings, and the seller's unwillingness to make repairs, we backed out of that contract. We plan to use him for the next house we make have a contract on.
