We use the Joplin office. Crystal contacts us within a timely manner to verify and confirm appointment times that work with our schedule. Wes does our sprays. Our house I swear was built on a giant ant hill. We don’t have problems with ants now. I’m grateful for our technician and office staff. Couldn’t be happier with the service we receive. Thanks Bug A-way team.

Have been using them for years for termite control and have never had an issue. I canceled my service today only because we are moving to the STL area. I can't recommend them highly enough.
