“I’ve had McVay as a pest control company for a while now. At least 3 years. The staff is incredible friendly and knowledgeable. Front desk is prompt and professional. They also educate you when you ask questions! The spray they use is safe for pets and kids especially once it drys. “We move back to Joplin in April 2021 we found we had ants and needed to have them eliminated. Found Alert One online called them and Don came out and gave us his recommendations. Sounded great to me so I signed up immediately. Over the last year and a half Don has been out on schedule times plus other times that we needed him.
