Mike Wenger and his team went above and beyond for me. While installing my hot water heater, they discovered that the previous install was incorrectly plumbed, which was causing a lot of my problems. They fixed the issue and I now have the quality and length of hot water that I am supposed to! I am so grateful for their persistence and willingness to make sure that the job was done right. The owner Mike is truly a one-of-a-kind person, who is not only a plumbing guru, but he genuinely cares about the customer. He is SO generous about sharing his expertise and advice as he addresses your specific service issue. The entire experience from first call to the repair or installation is transparent, concisely explained, super prompt, and actually enjoyable. We first became familiar with the "Wenger" name when we had a store dishwasher installation done by them several years ago and were blown away by how amazing the service was for a 3rd party installer. Mike and Damon kept us updated on arrival. They worked us into their schedule because we didn't have hot water. Damon was professional and friendly. I like that he suggested a couple safety features as we live in a 3rd floor condo, answered all our questions and cleaned up after installation. We bought a beautiful condo with dated appliance, so thankful we found Wenger Plumbing. Thank you both for making this stressful time so much easier!!!
