I really like these guys. Texted one of their service guys (Kevin) this morning with a photo of our heater/AC filter, wondering if it needed changing. He texts right back that he'll bring out a couple today. And he did. Show'd me how to install (it's a fancy pants filter) and said he wasn't charging me for the visit, just the filters.(1/17/20) Couldn't find a link to add a new review so I'll just add to this one from a year ago...We’ve been using Butzer for years and they never disappoint.
