“We had been having issues with our main HVAC unit this last fall/winter, it stopped blowing cold air late fall and we had someone come service and "fix" it and paid $300 for that. Come winter when I flipped the heat on, NO heat came out. Nothing. I had someone else come out and they were here for 3-4 hours. They told me my pressure switch was bad and the motherboard needed replaced too. He said with "the age of my unit" (we built in 2017) I may need to just replace the whole thing which would be about $6000. I said let's try just replacing the motherboard and see if that fixes it. He told me a week later he "couldn't get one for my model". I paid another $300 for that service call with no resolution. I went to FB asking for advice and another opinion and several people told me to call TNT. He came out, within 30 minutes he told me my issue was 3 DEAD BIRDS in my exhaust vent, which was causing the pressure issue and the system was flipping itself off. Charged me less than $80 for the service call and he checked everything else out and problem was fixed.Services: A/C system maintenance“
