Great customer service. I have been using Mcdaniel furnace for many years now. They are always prompt and quick to handle all situations. Very knowledgeable staff and crew. If you need anything hvac this is the company to use.

I will start by saying I’m just an average homeowner and I was in a bind looking for work that I knew nothing about on the sheet-metal project for my home HVAC system. When I called, I was greeted by a young lady who is extremely nice and professional and followed through by telling me that Blaik, her boss was out for the day and when I called tomorrow and I said I’d be happy to, I’ve been called made sure he would be there and came in early explained what I needed and gave him the best dimensions I could, and he proceeded to speak to his shot person, and they made exactly what I needed same day, and was extremely helpful in doing this. RecommendationThe company is responsive and I would recommend so someone in need. I have to knock 1 star off for my specific customer experience.Customer experienceI was supposed to be a preferred customer however they didn’t have notes in system. Not the end of the world just an extra $100 hit to get my spring maintenance. The company was very responsive over the phone.Service experienceMcDaniel repaired my inducer motor and came back a month later to fix the install. The original serviceman that installed was in my residence for 10 minutes for a repair that cost $900. The followup visit was free within 30 days.Services: Heating system repair
