“I love this place. It’s really nice if you’re someone that is a little bit older or perhaps not in the world’s best shape. You don’t feel out of place or embarrassed at all. It’s not loud, the people were friendly and I’ve always found it to be exceptionally clean. Wide variety of machines for whatever you want to do as well as aerobic equipment for everyone from a beginner to more advanced. I belonged for years, moved away, and then returned and rejoined.
