    Robin at the reception desk was very friendly and had a lot of helpful information. She went out of her way to help me and make sure I had what I needed. Thank you to all the staff here for helping our veterans.

    Great hospital. Had a very bad experience with the Poplar Bluff VA. Transferred to this hospital and had several undiagnosed medical issues addressed because the staff actually listened. Can’t thank these folks enough

    I have no complaints about the people that have helped me so much and treated me so well. The only complaint I have is about the phone system. It's a bit irritating to not be able to call directly to the Cape clinic. I have to go through Poplar Bluff and be put on hold there and then put on hold again at the Cape clinic. I would be just fine with being put on hold once at the Cape clinic. Wouldn't it be common sense to be able to actually call the place you want directly?
