The staff here are next level—Brandy and Nicole are always so accommodating and genuinely take the best care of me no matter what I’m coming in for. Barry (the owner) is awesome too, we’ve had some great conversations and the whole place just has that rare vibe where everyone feels more like a friend than just staff.

The services themselves are incredible—red light, sauna, compression, cryo… I always leave feeling better than I walked in. Everything is always super clean & sanitary too! And what I really respect is their focus on actually optimizing people’s health. You can tell this isn’t just a business, it’s something they truly care about.

I haven’t even tapped into their hormone therapy and blood work side yet, but the fact that they offer it just shows how dialed in they are.

“I love this place. It’s really nice if you’re someone that is a little bit older or perhaps not in the world’s best shape. You don’t feel out of place or embarrassed at all. It’s not loud, the people were friendly and I’ve always found it to be exceptionally clean. Wide variety of machines for whatever you want to do as well as aerobic equipment for everyone from a beginner to more advanced. I belonged for years, moved away, and then returned and rejoined. Give it a try!“

“Most of the staff was very friendly, and the doctor was extremely nice and helpful. Less than 10 minute wait, with enjoyable waiting room. Doctor listened to concerns without judgment and had useful feedback. Plenty of space. The facility does most services in house, lab work, pharmacy, walk in / appointment allowed. Best to make appointment but they say they are usually equipped to handle most things in their office. Look forward to returning.“

“Was taken there yesterday due to a seizure. I didn’t have to wait anytime before I had 4 nurses that were super nice and talked to thru every step they were doing. First time I have been there since it’s changed names. The nurse was Josh and I can’t remember the Dr or any of there names. The time I was there was between 1:30 and around 4:45. I thank these people in the ER deserve an attaboy. They was great!“
