“We had drainage issues in our backyard, and Lance came out right away to take a look. He gave us a clear proposal, was patient while we weighed our options, and once we decided to move forward, he was even able to move us up on the schedule after water made its way into our basement. His crew wrapped up the project in just five days, and the entire time Lance kept us in the loop with daily updates, explaining the work and what was coming next.

He broke everything down in a way that was easy to understand and was always quick to answer calls and texts. He showed up every day, working right alongside his crew, which says a lot about his dedication. Reliable, efficient, and truly one of the nicest people you’ll meet. “Can’t say enough about the great job Metropolitan Forestry Services did for us on a monster tree that needed to be taken down. Due to the challenging location Cody, their climber worked for two days in the highest branches. He worked methodically and diligently reducing the crown while making sure nearby trees weren’t harmed. The ground crew quickly cleaned the debris then manned the guide ropes for next limb to be lowered.

“Don and his team did a fantastic job on our front flower beds and raised bed area with a retaining wall. We originally had only boxwoods and rock which didn't make the house stand out and also made it hard to plant annuals. Don and his team came in and removed all the rocks and boxwoods and then built up a new retaining wall to keep the bed separate from the grass. when finished, they filled the bed with good planting soil and then spread grass seed over the areas that needed repair. I highly recommend them!“
