I discovered this company by watching them do a driveway and garage floor at a neighboring home. Lance, the owner, was doing the demolition himself, using top-of-the-line equipment. His Bobcat and hauling truck were immaculate. Pride in work showed everywhere. I liked what I saw right through the finished cement work, and without hesitation had him give me a bid.

We hired Lance Landscaping to regrade our backyard, fix our downspout drainage, and install a retaining wall. Working with Lance was a great experience end-to-end.
Lance made sure I understood the project, what was being done, and why. When we inevitably ran into surprises (an assortment of buried things and some newly discovered drainage issues), he laid out my options clearly, explained the tradeoffs, and helped me make informed decisions.

Lance worked with us in mid-April to tear out an existing mulch and rock bed, install drainage solutions, and put sod down in our backyard. Lance was patient with us during our estimate process, but from the start, he was the most communicative and gave a clear idea of how he would approach our project. He and his team knocked out our job in 2 and a half days and were constantly asking for feedback and adapting to challenges. We are completely satisfied with how our backyard looks, and the corner of our basement that previously leaked has been dry ever since. Would highly recommend Lance and his entire team! Thank you.
