Polite and respectful was Craig. Knowledgeable and took charge of discrepancy in service to exclude back yard knowing "I've done your yard in the past and made a executive decision to treat back yard also and told me he would make notes and that I did not need to do anything further. What a relief. I've spent 2.5 hours on the phone this year with my usual attempt to prepay for the season. A cluster. Bravo to Craig.
