We were in desperate need of getting our air conditioning unit evaluated. We called Academy Air and they were out the next day. We were sent a text to give us a heads up on the ETA. Jordan Richardson arrived on time and was very professional and polite from the moment he stepped in our door. Jordan gave us an excellent explanation of what was happening with our unit and a super helpful analogy. And when he was finished he explained everything very thoroughly. I could not be more pleased with his service and Academy as a whole. Double 5 stars for me!
I have been an Academy Air customer for over 25 years. They always exceed my expectations. Nick, the technician who performed the annual maintenance on my furnace today, was prompt, courteous and efficient. I highly recommend Academy Air!
Great service. Replaced old furnace and AC. All techs were personable and neat/clean appearance. I will definitely use them again and (they have merged with) Morrison I’m not tech savvy so hope this is correct place to leave review.
