If I could give Academy Air 10 stars, I absolutely would. From start to finish, this experience has been nothing short of amazing. Mike originally came out to service our furnace and was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and thorough, exactly the kind of technician you hope to have in your home. Shortly after, I received an email about Academy Air’s “Adopt a Family” program. I reached out, never expecting what would come next. Nicole read my email promptly, truly took it to heart, and selected our family, something I will forever be grateful for, especially knowing how many families were likely in need. Not only did Academy Air approve a brand new furnace, but they went above and beyond by also installing a brand new AC unit. As a mother of six, this is life changing for our family. What touched my heart even more was Nicole’s kindness toward our children. She asked what each child might want or need for Christmas, just one simple item each and she made sure every single one was taken care of. That level of compassion, generosity, and humanity is rare. Academy Air truly stands out in communication and professionalism. They respect your time, are prompt, and don’t give those frustrating all day service windows. Nicole was actually early sitting outside before our scheduled time yet still waited and knocked right on time. That alone speaks volumes. From Nicole, to Mike, to the district managers and everyone involved in the decision making process thank you. You didn’t just provide heating and cooling; you provided comfort, dignity, and hope. Academy Air will be our go to company for anything they offer moving forward, and I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. This company doesn’t just serve homes they serve families.
I would recommend Academy air to anyone. They were so nice so efficient. Mark and Preston came this morning before 8 o’clock and installed a new heating system in a crawlspace and they did an excellent job and were done by 3 o’clock. These guys were awesome. I would recommend this company to anybody because they have been so nice and everyone has been so pleasant to me thank you,thank you, thank you.😊 😊😊😊😊 Great job!
