My elderly parents had their furnace quit this morning while it was 15 degrees outside and tons of snow. They had called another company who they had a service contract with and they were hung up on and spoke to very rudely. Peters was able to come out in a timely manner and fix the issue quickly. My parents will be switching their business to Peters going forward. Thank you!

A mixed bag. Told me my account was zeroed out, then retroactively adjusted invoices and sent me a bill for an overdue balance. Gave me several different versions of how the billing error happened, and how I was being charged. Beware the service plan up-sell. Very friendly, but surprise bills are not a thing that should happen with computerized accounting.
