“If you go with Superior word of caution get all quotes in written even if you don't think you need them cause you just might! Had an issue with Sean and his quote. We still feel we we taken advantage of since it was the middle of July with no air conditioning. He orginally quoted us a number in the $6000 to replace. Yes I don't remember the exact number so it's are fault as well for not getting this verbal agreement in writing. But when we ask how much more to replace the furnace the quote came to $8200. So since it was only a few thousand more we went for it. Come to find out months later our home owners insurance had mechanical breakdown. So when we asked for the written quote for just the A/C unit since that was the only part the insurance would refund he turn in the quote for $4200. Really, I know that my husband and I wouldn't had replaced the furnace if it would had nearly double what the A/C was going to be. We would had most definitely waited. Since this post he has made it right as he can make it. Just be very careful!
I've increase the rating to 4 stars just because we did have fast service and we have used superior for years for maintenance and always done great work, very friendly and very prompt but this really leaves a bad taste in our mouths. Cause if we didn't have this insurance claim we wouldn't had realized the difference in the price quotes.
I would trust them again but I'm just going to be way more cautious with them or any company for that's matter. I've learned a lesson the hard way!“
