“We experienced exceptional service! We called first thing in the morning when we realized our AC had stopped working overnight. We attempted to troubleshoot it on our own several ways, without success. Peter’s AC was able to come out and help us within a handful of hours. Asked pertinent questions about what we noticed with our system, and addressed the concern promptly and obviously with knowledge, going to a specific component immediately. They had us up and running within 45 minutes, and even went a step further by cleaning off our unit and educating me on good maintenance when I asked! They explained exactly what was wrong and did discuss the pricing with me before replacing a part.
