“I had a great experience with all the staff at my recent eye exam. They were very patient and accommodating as I had my two youngest children with me. Dr. Knickerbocker is always kind and thorough in her exam. She recognizes hormonal changes that happen with pregnancy and lactation that may affect vision. She makes recommendations based on that (even if it does not profit her). Tisha was fantastic to work with and helped me pick out my perfect pair this time and last time. I loved my last ones. Sadly, they broke and could not be repaired. They are no longer carried, so Tisha was able to make a recommendation for a similar pair. I love them!

Lastly, please disregard the other reviews about the secretary. They have a new secretary and she is as sweet as pie! She is still learning, but she is so friendly and accommodating. Hopefully they can get the phone thing figured out!
