I had a great experience with all the staff at my recent eye exam. They were very patient and accommodating as I had my two youngest children with me. Dr. Knickerbocker is always kind and thorough in her exam. She recognizes hormonal changes that happen with pregnancy and lactation that may affect vision. She makes recommendations based on that (even if it does not profit her). Tisha was fantastic to work with and helped me pick out my perfect pair this time and last time. I loved my last ones. Sadly, they broke and could not be repaired. They are no longer carried, so Tisha was able to make a recommendation for a similar pair. I love them!

Dr Knickerbocker was just as pleasant and kind as I remember. She conversed with my son and talked about school. She was extremely patient and took her time during the examination and listened to everything my son had to say.

I love this dr. She caught a vision problem for me that no other exam had. The dr is great and easy going with me and my children. On the other hand, when I went to get my glasses, the vision center was closed, (I was there at 6:30 pm) although it was supposed to be opened until 8pm. I drove an hour to be there and will now have to make another trip. There are times when I have called and the phone will just ring and ring. The staff needs to be managed better.
