“The staff at Crain always go out of their way to make sure my dog is seen when he is sick. They never tell me sorry, try later in the week. They always get my dog in the same day when he is really sick. I really appreciate that. In addition, my favorite Vet, Amanda, is super caring and kind, and a wonderful listener. I feel so comfortable with her. She has the absolute best bedside manner. Thank you, Amanda for everything you’ve done for Rover.”
“I’ve been taking my dog here since I got him five years ago. We always receive exceptional care and the staff is always so kind to us.”
“We first came here because they do complimentary second opinions for cancer diagnosis. They were so kind to us and gave us way more information than our vet did. Spent time letting us know what was happening and what to expect and how to plan for the end of his life. We had an emergency change in our pet several days later and called our usual vet, which was unable to see us on an emergency basis so we called back here and they got us right in. They gave us the sad news that it was time for us to say goodbye. We chose to schedule with them instead of our usual vet because of the care and kindness they had already showed us, above and beyond what our actual vet showed. When we showed up for his goodbye visit they let us bring our other two dogs. They have such a nice, private, comfortable room that as hard as it was to say goodbye, they made the experience so comfortable and safe and kind for us that I will never forget this experience. I will definitely be transferring care of our other two dogs. The love they showed us and our dog saying goodbye TRULY I have never seen at any other vets office I’ve ever taken my pets to.”
