Kim did an amazing job - she was so thorough and more importantly, thoughtful. She explained each step and double checked along the way on how I was feeling! The head spa was top notch - so relaxing. The experience she provided was more than just a hair cut - I left feeling renewed and loving my hair!

I can't remember our stylists name, but she was very thorough and lovely to talk to. My daughter wanted pink hair for summer and she did amazing with my little girl. I returned about 1 month later to get my hair done, had the same stylist and same amazing results!! Look forward to going back!Services: Hair coloring

The hair stylist was late opening and I was left to wait out inbthe cold. There phone said they opened at 9am and I was there about 10:45am. She showed up about 11:05am. She then took 3 hours to highlight my hair, wash it and cut it! I thought I'd never get out of there! And the color is brassy even though she put on a minimal amount of toner. She had to make it twice. She had to make up color 3 times! She really didn't seem to know exactly what she was doing. She was also the only one there and she called someone else for advice on another customer's hair. Finally, she charged me $103.00 where the nicer salon I usually go to charges $88. Of course I only tipped her $10!...read full review
