“Kevin is co-owner of this family business. We got 10 quotes in and narrowed it down to 5, then met with those 5 to discuss some small changes and we decided to go with K & M. Kevin explained everything much more thoroughly than the other 5 and beat all of his competitors prices. The day before the siding project started he came out to make sure ALL of what he needed was here, in the correct color and sizes that he ordered. His son, Jason, replaced our all wood siding with new vinyl siding and did ALL (2100sq ft house with a recent 2 car attached addition.) of the work himself (only because they were so busy and didn’t want to delay our start date.)
