I reached out to Mike after having a company start a bathroom for us, doing a half assed rough in job and leaving a mega hole and dirt in our basement for almost a year. “Kevin is co-owner of this family business. We got 10 quotes in and narrowed it down to 5, then met with those 5 to discuss some small changes and we decided to go with K & M. Kevin explained everything much more thoroughly than the other 5 and beat all of his competitors prices. The day before the siding project started he came out to make sure ALL of what he needed was here, in the correct color and sizes that he ordered. His son, Jason, replaced our all wood siding with new vinyl siding and did ALL (2100sq ft house with a recent 2 car attached addition.) of the work himself (only because they were so busy and didn’t want to delay our start date.) We are picky and let me tell you, he takes the same pride with our house as he would his own house! The corners were PERFECT! We took every one of his suggestions because we were confident in his decisions. He did not disappoint! Our house (new vinyl siding with enclosed soffit and facia) looks incredible!
