I called Phil to schedule an appointment hoping he could help save my trees. It was kind of an asap situation. His schedule was very full, but instead of making me wait (the trees would have been dead by then) he suggested that I take some pictures and send them to him! This is unheard of today! He was so kind. He gave me his opinion of the problem and a solution. He did not have to do this. I appreciate him and will call him with any problems I may have in the future.

Phil was responsive and caring and did a wonderful job trimming our hundred+ year old trees. Their integrity remain, but the problem branches are gone.
