Staff is personable and eager to help you thru this procedure. Yes, there are lesser expensive providers, but I researched, and in life, some things you don’t bargain shop for.

Did not have one negative experience, went as smooth as it possibly could have.

Almost zero pain and did not use pain medicine after day 1.

Implants, both temporary and permanent went right on and fit perfect.

“The dentist was so compassionate as was the hygienist and the check out representatives. The front desk receptionist was argumentative when I told her I did not have an insurance card. She insisted there had to be one as it was not shown on their site. I eventually had to log into MetLife to email her proof of coverage. There was an id card to my surprise and on the back it said I did not have to present the card at the dental office. I have been going there for years and they have always been able to bill without a card on file. Also she was pleasant with other people with different insurances who told her they did not have a card, I love Dr. Carmen and the other dentists and will continue to go there despite the not so pleasant experience with the front staff.“
