He was very professional and did a great job installing the water heater. I truly appreciated while we were talking about the taller vs. short heater before bringing it in and how I shared with your rep that the water heater could easily be set 3 inches away from furnace, when he brought the short one in is was clear that the piping had to be adjusted 2 inches from the furnace. Given that the short water heater was twice the price of the tall one which had a 12 year warranty, while they were outside preparing to bring he water heater in he shared that he reduced the cost by 10%. Given I had an open space due to the removal of the old heater we moved forward with the heater.

Larry our plumber/technician was promptly here. Very thorough with assessing the issue we have been having. Fixed the problem and mentioned if we encounter any problems with this reach out to the office right away.
