Casey's crew came out the very next day and did a temporary fix; it was still winter and the weather was not favorable. Casey and his assistant Kayla kept us informed throughout the process. They were always accessible. Casey worked deligently with the insurance company on our behalf to ensure that our job was done right and according to Code. His commitment to this effort was outstanding! The work crew was professional, timely, and efficient, and the cleanup was impressible.
