We have worked with Property Medics for almost a year. During that time, they have not deviated from excellent service from office services, managers with insurance issues, projectmanagers and skilled workers.We contacted Property Medics in a panic in the middle of the night. They responded immediately and were at our door the next day promptly at 8:00 ready to begin work.All across their staff Property Medics is friendly, dependable,competent and professional.Without fail, they notified us an hour in advance of their arrival and who it would be. Property Medic cleaned up the water & mildew damage and restored my home library room which houses several thousand books and LP records. These specialists worked on damage mitigation, reconstruction and plumbing repair. All of them are thoroughly professional, highly skilled and courteous: James, Inness, Dylan, Justin Houck (project manager), Dan Moss and Zach Mueller. They also helped me navigate the bewildering world of insurance claims. Zach Mueller did the reconstruction phase: new flooring, dry wall, painting, and shelving reconstruction. Great restoration work on my home office that was water damaged from a leaking roof. Mold in the attic was remediated and ceiling was replaced. Prompt, courteous, excellent workmanship.
