At the end of the day the biggest thing to me is seeing the sales guy be a part of the actual work being done. Tom did that for me. He sold me on the system and service and I got to see first hand him putting his design to life. These guys were in and out and did an amazing job. They cleaned up the mess of a hvac system I had and made my home more efficient and hyper allergenic than it ever had been. Also added more room in my basement due to a prior over design. Needless to say I’m happier than I ever have been with my homes hvac and would recommend Tom and his team to anyone. Keep up the great work!
Had a minisplit AC unit installed in my garage (1100 sq. ft.). Tom Henderson, helped size the unit and explained why they only install Mitsubishi units and conviced me it was the way to go. The install was drama free and done well. Very pleased with the serviced and would use them again.
I cannot sing the praises of this outfit, loud enough.
Our furnace went kaput on a Sunday morning during a predicted heavy snowfall event. I called several HVAC companies. Given the treacherous traveling conditions None could get to my home. When conditions improved the next day, I got a follow up call from West County asking for a photo of my manufacturers data sticker on my furnace. From that information and the observations I was able to provide Tom was able to put together an emergency quick repair kit He took a few tools from this regular service van, loaded up his personal 4x4 pick up and traveled up slippery snow covered roads to make a service call.
