Our experience was great from start to finish! Susan was great to work with. She understood our needs and never once pushed us to upgrade. Bob came out to measure and was very professional. He arrived exactly when he said he would, measured, and answered our questions. The carpet came in quickly. We were very impressed with the installers also. They were friendly, professional, and did a great job, even though it was a warm day and we live on the second floor with no elevator. They did such a neat job.
