Went for a consultation this morning after reading great reviews on Facebook and Yelp. The office is very inviting and the staff is awesome! The equipment is state of the art and Mindy thoroughly explained everything as she took me through the evaluation and x-ray process. Dr. Shapiro was very friendly and professional as he did the evaluation and explained my treatment plan. Mindy then went through all my options, pros and cons of each approach and patiently answered all of my questions. Nothing was rushed and I did not feel pressured at any time. I’ve had an amazing experience here every time I visit. The staff is incredibly dedicated and professional, and the orthodontist I’ve seen is exceptional. The office is well-organized, and my treatments always go smoothly. I highly recommend this place!
