My daughter has been going to the office for 2 years. They have always been great at scheduling and being on time. I get text reminders about appointments well in advance and they are great at accommodating you when you have to change an appointment. Today though, just topped it off for me. My daughter has just been diagnosed with a rare genetic disease and has to undergo brain surgery. As part of her condition, MRI's are essential in capturing images the doctors need to diagnose, but also move forward with the surgery. My son has been visiting Otto Orthodontics-Creve Coeur since October 2025. When we go to his pediatric dentist, he gets a bit nervous, and I always have to hold his hand. But from the start at Otto Orthodontics, he’s felt so welcome and at ease getting his treatment, even when I’m not there. I truly appreciate how caring and warm everyone is with my son during each visit. So far, phase one of his braces journey has been so smooth, with no anxiety or tears. I especially appreciate the personal care he receives each visit, mentioning his Pittsburgh Steelers or how he’s grown.

We had such a positive experience at Otto Orthodontics for our son’s evaluation. From the beginning, we really appreciated how honest and thorough they were. They took the time to explain what they were seeing, walk us through the different options, and share their recommendations without ever making us feel rushed or pressured.

We were also really impressed with the technology they use and how comprehensive the evaluation was. It felt like they were looking at the full picture of our son’s dental health and long-term needs, not just focusing on one specific issue.
