Alec, the project manager, arrived shortly after to walk me through the project, address any questions I had, and allow me to observe the work as I saw fit. I was replacing 16 pieces of plywood, and throughout the entire process, the communication between the crew, Alec, and Ron was seamless. Alec quickly got the necessary materials, and the crew was able to continue working without delay. Once the job was complete, I was impressed by the thorough clean-up. In the past, I've had contractors leave me to handle clean-up or even borrow my tools to finish the job. “Brandon and team are the best of the best. He worked with us to get a new roof completed on our home after we dragged our feet on it after hail damage 8 months prior. He worked directly with the insurance company and I and met with the insurance agent at our home to get our roof covered properly. We had a few things that the insurance company would not initially cover and he worked tirelessly to try and change that and ended up helping us get some of that covered as well. We also worked with him after the purchase of a new home and he was able to recommend to us honestly what needed to be done and what looked like it could wait for another time (we were buying AS IS so the insurance company wasn't going to be on this one). “Our home is 3,200 sq ft. The guys finished the job in 1day. After the job on the roof they spent at least 30-45 minutes cleaning up around the entire perimeter of the house.

The work done was excellent and I was very pleased. I had 2 questions the next day during my own inspection. I posed these question to the project manager Jason.

He and another lead guy came out that morning and easily answered the questions.
One got on the roof and checked the entire job.
