“We had water leaking into our basement where the main sewer line came in through the foundation. I got an estimate from another plumber which involved digging a 60-foot trench from the house to the manhole and replacing all the main sewer line. This would have involved tearing up our sidewalk and our gravel driveway. I was looking for a second estimate/opinion when I came across Keck Plumbing online and discovered they did sewer repair and “relining” which I had never heard of. I gave Keck Plumbing a call and the next day David called me back. David explained the relining process and said he would come and run a camera up the line to see if relining would work in our situation. David showed me the problem in the line and thankfully relining would work in our case. He sent me a quote and after agreeing he was there a day later. He ran the roto-rooter to clean out the main sewer line which was partially blocked because of tree roots and a broken section of the main sewer line. The backup water was coming into the basement through the broken section of sewer line. He finished the reline process of the whole sewer line in a couple of days. After finishing he let me look through the camera again and showed me the finished results of the reline. It was a new line inside the old! Wastewater is flowing freely with no more water coming into the basement. Thankfully in our case we did not have to have 60 feet of our driveway and yard dug up. I have another project that needs to be done, and I believe David will be the one to do it. While he was here, he looked the proposed work over and gave suggestions as to what needs to be done.
