“I have had some incredible back pain, mainly due in part to a bone condition that's rare. No amount of medications or prescriptions seemed to help at all. I have been seeing Dr. Sam for the last two months, and I have seen SO MUCH improvement! He has helped me tremendously with my hip joints, and back, I am able to move around much more comfortably and feel wonderful! I now see him every week and highly recommended to everyone! His staff are also amazing as well! Super welcoming and warm when you enter. “Tried the 60 min therapeutic massage with Katina for $105, focusing on upper body.

Environment is calming and smells good. Katina is very professional. Before the session, she communicated with me about tightness/soreness/pain history and experience with massage. She also told me what to expect, including the type of techniques she might use. I really appreciate being informed.

During the session Katina did a mix of myofascial, hot stone (my first experience! See picture), some heating pack that smells like Chinese medicine, and a lot of joint motion type of work, which was quite interesting.

I have shoulder tightness/soreness and no pain. I also reported feeling more tightness on my left shoulder. Shoulder mobility got much better after the massage. It turns out my right side is actually more tight than the left, it’s just too tight to a point I don’t feel it anymore (?). Also learned how to stretch my pec muscle in three directions.

For anyone who wants a full body therapeutic massage, you might want to schedule more than 60 min. Price is I would say average in the area, and Katina is the most professional massagist I’ve met in the area.

Minor advice: the clock is on the fridge so I couldn’t see it from the bed, it would be nice if I can check time when lying down. Also maybe download your music so it’s not stuck due to internet connection (or maybe it’s the bluetooth connection?).

The entrance closest to suite 150 is currently under construction but there’s a sidewalk around it or you can enter from another door. The entire area has all the signs, navigation is easy.“
