I just had the BEST prenatal massage with Sophie! I can't say enough amazing things about Life Is Sweet. They have a table with a hole for your pregnant belly that allows them to actually work on your muscles without having to do the uncomfortable side laying massage. I will definitely be going back for both prenatal and regular massages post baby! The BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Therapist are trauma informed!
An array of talent for your customized experience!
I have had a lot of blunt trauma to my left side of my back from domestic violence and from my line of work the last 8 years. I had found relief I had never thought be possible to fix and was told that I would always be in severe pain because they could never find what was causing it. They are professional, they know what they are doing, easy to get appointments with, offer a variety of services (Swedish, relaxation, deep tissues, cupping and a ton more) and very respectful unlike the last few places I had tried that were shady. I highly recommend and they have helped me fix the muscle problem slowly over time and barely in pain these days.
