Liz has been great. She has work out issues in my back and shoulder that have been bothering me for years. She knows her stuff and has been able to do some deep tissue stuff I haven’t been able to get else where!!

Liz combines several techniques such as Myofascial Release, Cupping, Neuromuscular, Deep Tissue, and Stretching to assist the clients muscles in the healing process. We love to help heal chronic pain syndromes such as Fibromyalgia, arthritic conditions, neuropathy, and pain associated with MS Liz is a Reiki Master and appreciates the fact that we are all a source of energy.
