The staff, including Mary, Shelly, and Joseph, are attentive and responsive, making each dog’s stay enjoyable. The area is well-maintained, kennels are clean, and the facility is very organized, from specific time slots for drop-off and pick-up to notes about each dog's preferences. Many dogs arrive and depart happy, and owners feel confident leaving their pets there. The place is situated in a lovely country setting, just a short drive south of Columbia, and offers reasonable rates. Overall, Lucky Dog Paws is highly recommended for its caring and professional service, ensuring dogs receive the best possible care in a loving environment.
They've got a wonderful, thorough, and caring team. Having them administer medications or spend time with your dog is no additional cost. Their regular kennels are similar to the size of suites in corporate boarding facilities, but costs much less. Our dogs have only gone once, but I can't imagine we'll take them anywhere else but Lucky Dog Paws.
Lucky Dog Paws has always taken great care of our our dog whenever we have left town. Their boarding services are excellent and they are so hands on with our dog, and treat him like their own. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to board their pets. Customer service and attention to every detail are a priority for Joe and Mary!
Lucky Paws is an exceptional boarding facility and daycare service! If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Mary and Joseph are wonderful people whose love of what they do is very clear. We have two mini goldendoodle pups (littermates) and we were apprehensive about boarding them for our vacation. As soon as I stepped out of the car and met Joseph, all of my concerns and worries went out the window! I knew without a doubt our boys would be well taken care of and actually thrive during their stay.
