I have very anxious pets, they are just horrible at the vet (sorry staff!), but the Rock Bridge team took them like a champ! Great customer and pet service, they did not deny my pets service even though they were grumpy and stressed. They prescribed meds and have great recommendations to ease stress for future appointments. They are VERY good and communicating any changes or concerns. They have been able to get me in the same week multiple times.
I just started taking my huskies to Dr. Sappington. She is absolutely wonderful-so kind and knowledgeable. One of my huskies is severely overweight. My former veterinarian said he just needed exercise but Dr. Sappington asked extensive questions about his diet and physical activity, educated me on calorie intake, and tests we can run to ensure it is only a calorie deficit needed. Additionally, as I’m sure most of you dog lovers know, huskies are incredibly dramatic. He used to always cry with our former veterinarian but his very first blood draw with her, he didn’t cry once. I had a very pleasant experience at this establishment. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and very understanding. Dr Sappington did an incredible job explaining things and providing recommendations. There is a $55 booking fee which is applied to the visit afterwards and they were transparent about pricing. I will be coming back here. Thank you for making this a welcoming environment.
