“They have been handling my lawn treatment and irrigation shutoff and startup for some time now at our vacation home in Columbia Mo, and have been doing a very good job. My most recent experience was fantastic when Greg was tasked with opening up my irrigation system and doing the backflow test. I was away from Columbia at the time and was having difficulty in providing garage access to Greg. Greg brought the keypad back to life by changing the 9 volt battery. Then, I had problems accessing my Rachio sprinkler controller remotely, and Greg figured out how to load the App on his phone, setup communication, and get the system working, after which he transferred access to my faraway phone. I could not have done that remotely, so I am very grateful to Greg - he went beyond his intended scope of work to ensure that all systems were functioning well. I could not be more pleased!!“

“The only thing that bothered me was when he was dragging the hose around, and he was dragging it over beds with plants and flowers. Luckily the hose drug over the top of them and they popped right back up and nothing was damaged. But all things considered the lawn is beautiful!“

“They do a nice job but insist on mowing weekly regardless of whether my grass has grown. They advertise, “mow as needed” but they determine whether it’s needed. I tell them to stop. They keep coming & charging. Yikes!

UPDATE: CEO was very responsive to this post. Seems like a genuinely nice guy who seeks to do right. He apologized, corrected my bill, and says he’s updated the automated system that schedules his teams according to my preference. Kudos for his professionalism.“
