They have been handling my lawn treatment and irrigation shutoff and startup for some time now at our vacation home in Columbia Mo, and have been doing a very good job. My most recent experience was fantastic when Greg was tasked with opening up my irrigation system and doing the backflow test. I was away from Columbia at the time and was having difficulty in providing garage access to Greg. Greg brought the keypad back to life by changing the 9 volt battery. I'm honestly not sure how this company has a 5-star rating. I hired them to fix a leak in my irrigation system, which I had already shut off myself to stop the water. They showed up earlier than our agreed appointment time, so I wasn't home and never got to meet them — and they never called or texted to say they were coming early. Instead of fixing the leak, they turned my irrigation system back on (the very thing I had deliberately shut off) and left it running, so it leaked for an unknown amount of time. Wanted to brag on the irrigation dept. They were so helpful with my situation with Socket. They also were full of knowledge and gave me many hints on how to care for my yard.
