I have used Doug's numerous times over the years for pet incidents, upholstery cleaning and routine cleaning. Had my carpet cleaned on a Thursday and two days later a friend spilled grape Juice on it and didn't bother to let me know! It sat there at least 5 hrs before I found it! (grrr) The repel protection they put on carpet worked GREAT!!!!! I got it up with little effort. I will definitely be using this company again. Thanks guys.
The service provider, Jason, was very knowledgeable and courteous.I'm hoping that none of the spots will return, but if they do, Chem-Dry has promised to come back and take care of them.
