Gerry at the front desk was very communicative throughout the repair process for our Bronco. Jim was able to fit us in at the last minute for diagnostics to identify the issue. Initially, it appeared to be a problem with the turbo, so we authorized them to proceed with all necessary repairs. After further inspection, the issue was determined to be the catalytic converter, which ultimately saved us a significant amount of money. Gerry kept us informed in a timely manner with updates and reached out again to confirm that we wanted to proceed with the revised repairs. Very nice people that work here. They are very good about getting me in and getting me out. They worked me in when I called the day before and only had the next day off, and not only did they work me in while they were busy, but they got it done in less than an hour. These guys are great and I would definitely recommend them.

I got a nail in my tire while on vacation. Fulp auto got me right in and fixed the tire quickly. Their building is clean, the waiting room was nice and comfortable. They had coffee for us while we waited. The staff was friendly and efficient and had us on our way quickly. Thanks so much.
