What impressed me the most was that the staff asked me questions and actually listened to my responses with giving excellent explanations for what may be going one. In a medical field where most just write you off and already assume what is wrong with you, this group impressed me with their compassion and willingness to take a personal interest in my injury!

Gerry at the front desk was very communicative throughout the repair process for our Bronco. Jim was able to fit us in at the last minute for diagnostics to identify the issue. Initially, it appeared to be a problem with the turbo, so we authorized them to proceed with all necessary repairs.
After further inspection, the issue was determined to be the catalytic converter, which ultimately saved us a significant amount of money. Gerry kept us informed in a timely manner with updates and reached out again to confirm that we wanted to proceed with the revised repairs.
We picked up the Bronco today, and it drives and sounds as good as new. We are extremely pleased with the service we received at Fulp and will continue to use them in the future for any vehicle repairs. We traveled from Arkansas for this service and would do so again without hesitation.

I was in and had a great experience, I needed a zipper replaced in jacket which at this time they don't do, she was exceptionally nice gave me info where to take it and even said you have to bring in a the replacement zipper they don't provide it. She's very nice and efficient!
