This is an awesome service and the tech is/was awesome as well. This company has been to my home a few times and each time the service was a welcoming experience. I truly do appreciate you all , keep up the GREAT SERVICE .
Two guys came to open our blocked drain. They did a good job and did not leave a mess. They were courteous and polite. They explained the job they completed. Thanks Roto Rooter.
Our sewer pipe had issues and needed to be replaced. They did that and it works great. We have used roto rooter several times over the last few years. It was apparently being managed by a different group back then. When they did the sewer pipe in the back half of our yard in 2020 it cost about $3k. They asked us if we wanted landscaping and I declined. I figured I can spread grass seed on my own. After a few months the ground had settled about a foot below the rest of the yard and I instantly regretted not doing the landscaping option. We fixed it ourselve and moved on.
